For new patients

If you are interested in becoming a new patient, please do not use the online scheduler until you become an established patient. Call 415-419-6222 to set up your first appointment.

After you make an appointment

IMPORTANT - Check your email! You will receive a confirmation e-mail only when you have successfully made an appointment on the scheduler. IF YOU DO NOT GET A CONFIRMATION, YOU DO NOT HAVE AN APPOINTMENT!.

When you get the confirmation, double-check the date and time to make sure it’s what you wanted. If you’re having problems scheduling or don’t receive a confirmation, please call 415-419-6222.
